Got called loads of times by these scammers. Even after I blocked one number, they tried ringing me from some fake numbers - one looked like it was from Edinburgh (01313670499) and another from Manchester (01615202467). They all seemed to come from the same place, probably an overseas call centre. I called them out for using fake numbers and being scammers, then I blocked every single one.

I got a call from +44 131 382 6831 at like 2:45 in the morning. It was pretty unsettling getting woken up by a number I didn't recognise, so I just ignored it.

I didn’t pick up initially, but after ringing back, I just got a message saying something like, ‘Thanks for calling. If you know the extension, press it now.’ It kept saying that over and over until I hung up. Honestly, no clue who was on the other end.

Pretty useful info. This was the first time I got a call from this spoofed number, though they have tried other fake ones before. The person hung up after about 47 seconds. Definitely a SCAM.
