I got a call about some PPI claim and they told me they'd take 39% of whatever they manage to recover. They said it would take around 10 weeks to sort it. They've been ringing me nonstop, they really need to stop - it's getting annoying and feels like harassment now.

I’m absolutely fed up with this lot. If only I could track down where they’re based, I’d pop round for a word. Don’t share any personal info with them, they won’t answer if you try to call back. If you do, don’t expect them to be helpful.
