I received a call that was supposedly from HM Revenue and Customs, alleging that I was involved in some kind of tax evasion. They insisted that I hit 1 to talk to someone supposedly managing my case. Without hesitation, I reported the number to the police and made sure to block it.

This place called me loads, knew my name and where I lived, offered all sorts like life insurance, lottery stuff, and even cash from your house. They kept pushing even when I said no, really wouldn’t take no for an answer. Had to block them in the end.
