He kept pressing for my address since I refused to give it, repeating things like “Is this your phone number?” and “Do you live here?” I told him to just ask what he needed straight away and I'd answer properly. But clearly, that wasn’t his plan - all he cared about was snagging my address. After a bit, he just said “okay, goodbye.” Pretty sure it was some call centre based in India. Honestly, they should just quit it; my postbox’s already stuffed with loads of junk mail every day.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but nobody spoke or left a message. My phone provider flagged it as suspicious and I've gone ahead and blocked it now.

Got another call today from an Edinburgh area code 0131, making it the second one. I already blocked the first because it was a tax scam, so this new one will be getting blocked too. Feels too much like a coincidence, even though it’s the same region. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
