Got a silent ring from this number at about 5.10pm. It looks like it's from Edinburgh, but actually it's based in Dublin, Ireland! They claim they offer a service, but never bother to follow up with a call or text. Yeah, right!

Lately, I've been getting hit with loads of similar numbers, all from the same area. I can't see any proper reason why a landline from Edinburgh would be ringing me, especially since I'm signed up with the TPS. This has got to be some sort of scam, without a doubt.
