The call claimed to be from something called the energy hub. When I asked for more details, the person kept vague, saying they represent several firms and wanted to arrange a free visit to check our insulation. I kept pressing for who exactly they were and who requested the call, but the caller just got annoyed. After I repeated my questions again, she just ended the call. If they’re a genuine business and not some sort of con, it’s a poor reflection - they wouldn’t give clear answers or really explain anything. Very off-putting experience.
