I’ve received a call from an unfamiliar number, though I can only assume it’s a scam. I’ve been inundated with relentless spam calls over the past three days.

I received a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to represent Three, tempting me with an enticingly cheap upgrade offer since I’m a Three customer myself. It initially piqued my interest, so I asked her to ring me back after I had a moment to consider it. She assured me she’d reach out again today, which was meant to be Wednesday. However, while waiting, I decided to compare her deal with what’s listed on the official Three website, and it seemed far too good to be true. A quick search on this site led me to discover that the number she used to ring me was indeed flagged as a scam! When she called back today, I confronted her directly, labelling her as a scammer and firmly told her to leave me alone.
