Was doing some market research when I got a call and the number popped up with 'Edinburgh' shown beneath it.

I answered my phone and some bloke was on the line wanting my full name and address. When I asked him who he was, he just kept quiet. I told him I wasn’t gonna give out my details and then he just ended the call. Bit strange if you ask me. Has anyone else had a call like this?
