I hung up straight away, didn’t even get time to pick up. Just another annoying call, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

I received a phone call from someone who purported to represent an energy efficiency organisation. He mentioned he wanted to take a look at my gas and electricity statements, claiming he had a much more advantageous deal that could significantly reduce my expenses. Sensing that it might be a scam to fishes for personal details, I chose to terminate the conversation.

I got a call from a bloke claiming to be from Scotland, but he sounded Indian to me. He said he was with Consumer Care Solutions and asked for just a couple minutes to do a survey. I tried to find out what exactly he needed and why, but he just wouldn't answer my questions, so I ended up hanging up and blocking the number. It reminded me of another company called British Choice, they also rang me wanting to do a quick 30-second survey.

I usually ignore calls from unknown numbers. Since they didn't leave a voicemail, I looked it up here and decided to block it straight away!

got a couple of calls from what looked like a dodgy energy firm today, first twice then another call from a 020 45419143 number. both numbers flagged as probable spam or debt collectors and i’ve blocked them already. looks like the same lot trying their luck again.

i got missed calls from this london number but cos i dont pick up on numbers i dont know, i didnt answer. they havent left any voicemail either. i had a little look online to see if there was any info but couldnt find anything at all. has anyone else picked up when this number rings? who might they be?
