Initially, the woman who called me was quite courteous. However, her conversation quickly descended into utter gibberish. She was prying about my contentment with my existing AVIVA life insurance-something I don't even possess! Upon my probing questions, she abruptly ended the call.

Had a rather dodgy call about my car insurance, probing for details about a small prang I had. When I cheekily asked if they were referencing the one that ended up with me croaking, they lost their cool, unleashed a tirade of profanities in Punjabi, and promptly cut the line. Quite the entertaining exchange, if I must say!
