I've had this chap with a pronounced accent ring me more than six times these past three weeks, always addressing me by my name, which is rather disconcerting, to say the least. He insists my "personal alarm account" is due for renewal and claims he can offer me a more affordable deal or a superior insurance option. However, as soon as I inquire about how he obtained my information, he hangs up swiftly. On several occasions, he disconnected the call straight after I picked up. It's clearly the same individual, using a variety of numbers that are probably dodgy, as they keep changing. I’ve been blocking each new number, but they just seem to keep springing up with alternative digits. Utterly shameless scammers, if you ask me!

This woman should seriously be taken into custody! She had a foreign accent and tried to peddle some medical assistance to me. What a tiresome trickster!
