I picked up the call, only to be met with an eerie silence at first-typical of those pesky spam calls. After a bit of an awkward pause, I decided to probe and enquired who was on the line. The bloke replied, “someone far brighter than you,” and then proceeded to mention my name! 😂 Naturally, I was a bit taken aback and demanded to know who he thought he was, to which he cheekily responded, “who the bleeding hell are you?” That was enough for me; I promptly hung up and added him to my blocked contacts list.

I encountered quite an unfriendly situation when I requested the company’s name. Instead of an answer, the man on the line demanded my address, which I didn’t provide. To my surprise, the dispatcher rude enough to say "f*** off" before abruptly ending the call. Quite shocking behaviour, to say the least!
