Seriously, something needs to be done to block this sort of tech. Phone companies and the government have got to step up and tackle all these scams once and for all.

Last night around 10:30, I got a call from someone using an 013 number, but they were all over the place, barely making sense. Then, earlier today, I had a weird call from an Indian lady asking to talk to my deceased mum. I wasn’t having any of it and told her to buzz off. Strange times!

Got a call from an Edinburgh number, but the accent was nowhere near Scottish - more like what you'd expect from an Indian caller. They were talking about a 'loft insulation survey', even though I haven't got a loft at all. They insisted it wasn’t a scam, but a quick search online shows this is actually a known scam happening all over the UK. I reckon the goal is to get inside your home somehow. I’ve already told them firmly not to call again - hope that stops it!
