I just had to renew my product insurance with Curry’s again. It was pretty straightforward, but annoying that they keep hassling you about it. Still, it’s probably worth it in case anything goes wrong with the stuff I bought. Didn’t take too long, thankfully.

They didn’t leave a voicemail, and if it really was Curry’s, I was under the impression they weren’t meant to be doing cold calls?

Got a call from this number on my mobile at about 11:45 in the morning on 24th December 2025. My phone was shut, folded up at the time. When I picked it up to see who it was, I caught a voice but couldn’t make out what they were saying. I put the phone down without unfolding it, and the call ended pretty quick. Later, I unlocked the phone and saw it was this same number. Turns out, it had also rung me earlier on the 15th of December at 2:52 pm, but I wasn’t around to answer then. Not bothered about random calls like this, just annoying.

I didn’t answer since the number was unfamiliar and there was no voicemail left. If it was Currys from Edinburgh, I’m not sure why they’d be ringing me - seems a bit fishy!

They kept ringing me non stop for days and never bothered to leave a voicemail, which I thought was really annoying. If they left a message, I could decide whether to get back to them or not.

I got calls from Currys PC World a few times, like 3 or 4 before i finally picked up. They were checking if i wanted to extend a warranty on something i bought. They had already sent me an email and a letter about it before the calls. When i said no, they just took it and didn’t push any more. Not really a bother, to be honest.
