Got a call from some bloke speaking foreign, couldn’t understand a word he said. Weird experience!

I got a call from a woman speaking with a heavy Asian accent saying she was from "my mobile network". She tried to sell me a new contract that was supposedly 40% cheaper and started asking how much I currently pay. When I told her she hadn’t actually said who she was yet, and that my bills were none of her business, she just ended the call.
