I got a call from someone claiming to be from a department that deals with PPI claims. The guy spoke with a really thick Indian accent and when I asked which bank or financial firm my claim related to, he dodged the question, refused to answer it not once, but twice. Then suddenly, he just ended the call. Either it was a scam or just the most unprofessional behaviour ever. You decide.
