I got a call from this number, but it turned out to be scammers trying to trick me by saying I’d been involved in some sort of fraud! Such a pain, thought I was gonna get done over.

I recently got a communication from Nat West, prompting me to ring a certain number as they flagged activity on my card, seeking verification if it was indeed me. The thing is, I haven't touched my card in the past six months! The letter bore the Nat West logo and appeared to come from the Fraud Operations division in Edinburgh, but there wasn't any signature. Does this look like a potential scam to you?

This chap claims to be associated with the bank, but the whole situation feels rather dubious, to say the least. When we called the number again, the same bloke picked up and simply greeted us without divulging anything about the bank’s business. It's all a bit fishy; not quite sure how legitimate it all is. What’s more, the way he avoided specifics raised my suspicions even further. Quite the mystery if you ask me!

I received a call from a gentleman claiming to be from my bank, asking for details about my card. I'm rather sceptical about the authenticity of this call. When I dialled the number back, the same bloke answered instantly with a casual "hello" and seemed rather hesitant to clarify which bank he was representing. It felt off, to say the least!
