5 yearsNot a peep when I pick up the phone. Just crickets for a solid couple of minutes. It's another one of those pesky calls from the Edinburgh Castle region. I've also been plagued by calls from the National Football Museum. This has been dragging on for over two and a half years now, ever since March 2019. Quite tiresome, really!Edinburgh CastleNational Football Museum5 yearsThe call originated from Calton Hill, close to Holyrood Palace and Waverley Station in Edinburgh, which is known to be a popular cruising area. Earlier, I received a bothersome message with the title "Women with AIDS" appearing on Evergreen at precisely 6:12 PM, a health-related site. Over the past month, I've also noticed irritating notifications popping up on my banking software. This is merely the cherry on top of over two and a half years of incessant calls on both my mobile and landline since March 29, 2019, and August 11, 2020, affecting two different phones. Although I've blocked these numbers, I’ve had to respond to issues involving two social workers linked to the Wimbledon Guild of Social Work/Need More Time/Commsave Boards. Unpleasant consequences for their practices have ensued since the end of August 2019 and disbarment until February 1, 2022, has been imposed. I am neither a client of theirs nor of any other service, yet these nuisance calls seem to stem from Initial Advice Limited, which I also do not engage with. Various affiliated companies have faced the threat of being struck off, including Initial Advice Limited based in Manchester. Remarkably, Initial Advice has continued its operations and narrowly dodged a strike-off in April 2021.Calton HillHolyrood PalaceWaverley StationEdinburghEvergreenWimbledon Guild of Social Work / Need More Time / Commsave BoardsInitial Advice LimitedManchesterInitial Advice5 yearsI've been inundated with bothersome messages on my banking app and Evergreen since last July, or thereabouts. It's become quite the frustration!Evergreen5 yearsThe suspension of the first social worker has been prolonged, now set to last until the 10th of February, 2022, and the second social worker found themselves back at tribunal on the 28th of May, 2021, yet their interim restrictions on practice remain unaltered despite numerous appeals - over eight, in fact, since the 29th of August, 2019. What’s more, these appeals stemmed from persistent nuisance calls originating from two mobile numbers linked to Initial Advice Limited, a firm that brands itself as National Debt Management. I’m in employment and fortunate enough to have two decent pensions, yet an increasingly frustrated man of Asian descent has been bombarding me with calls for over two and a half years, even though my debt balance has often stood at zero and I have a solid record of timely bill payments. To add insult to injury, he’s even called from Ahmedabad in Pakistan, with the interruptions beginning with an irritating electronic buzz. Recently, as if it weren’t enough, I was once again insulted by a passing motorist who carelessly referred to me as a “Fat Bastard” - a repeat of past experiences, all while both social workers were unsuccessful in their tribunal appeals with Social Work England.Initial Advice LimitedNational Debt ManagementAhmedabadPakistanFatSocial WorkEnglandSubmit Your Own Report (0131 339 6546)
