a man speaking with an indian accent called me saying there was a problem with my router and bt had been getting error messages from it. he told me to make sure the light on the router was steady, not blinking. he also wanted to know which gadgets i use to get online. then he told me to stay close to my laptop. after that, he said he would transfer me to a senior technician to sort it out. that’s when i just ended the call.
