They’ve rung me up four times this week! The person claimed to be from BT, mentioning lots of complaints about broadband where I live. Asked if I’d noticed any issues with my internet. On the first call, I went along with it, and he started telling me about sending an engineer out and guiding me through some steps. Honestly, my scam alarms went off straight away. After that, I just told them “no, everything’s fine” on the next three calls. No clue what their game is, but I’m sure it’s nothing good.
