This number keeps ringing me non-stop and I got proper annoyed of either just hanging up or telling them to take my number off their list, especially since I have no idea how they even got it. Today I picked up again (they called twice within twenty minutes) and the caller was really rude, asking for someone who isn't even me and then wanted my name. I told them my name doesn’t matter because I’m not the person they want, and they just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from an Asian bloke who used my name and said he had a report saying I’d been in a crash. Since I knew that wasn’t true, I called him out, ended the call, blocked the number, then searched it online and left a report here.

When I said I hadn’t been in any accident, they told me there was £5,000 waiting for me from a claim. I gave them my postcode so they could take me off their list, and they seemed really sorry. But then, a few days later, my phone kept buzzing with an unknown local number. The woman on the line said again that they needed some info to close a file about a car accident I didn’t have.
