I wouldnt recommend signing up or handing over your bank info to any company without doing a bit of research first. This place isnt exactly a scam, but they do run things in a kinda dodgy way. Better steer clear really.

Used to be with Beer 52 but cancelled my subscription after feeling tricked about the terms. They make it a real pain to unsubscribe, and now, nearly a year and a half later, they’re calling me again trying to get me back on board. I don’t think they should still have my info after I cancelled. Asked nicely for them to delete my details. If they bother me again, I’ll report it as a breach of data protection. Steer clear of these guys - once you’re signed up, prices shoot up and they’re no cheaper than what you’d find down the shop.

Beer52 called but I didn’t answer, however whenever I spot an Edinburgh area code I’m certain its them. Such a pain trying to get you to re-subscribe, which makes the whole thing annoying and puts off anyone who’s been a customer before. Ridiculous.

0131 285 2684 - Beer 52. I signed up for a subscription last year and cancelled it over the phone in January, as that’s the only way they accept cancellations. Yet, they’ve called me again for the second time now. The last call was back in April trying to get me to resubscribe. I told them I was short on cash and they backed off pretty quick. Didn’t know the number this time so I just ignored it. Added them to my blocked list now. No bother if you’re into the subscription and enjoy the beer though.
