I encountered a right dodgy character on the phone with a distinct Indian accent. He had the cheek to say he was reaching out from a home improvement firm, supposedly gathering opinions from locals. He was prying into whether I owned a home and expressed an interest in completing their survey. Honestly, what a time sink! Don't let these scammers pull a fast one on you!

I’m not even a homeowner and somehow these home improvement folks did a survey right in my neighbourhood. How on earth did they figure out to come here? Seems a bit dodgy to me.

Capquest is honestly a nightmare. They act like a proper extortion outfit, using dirty tactics and scare stories to try and get money off people. They’re full of lies and just want to rip people off. I really can’t understand how this kind of company is allowed to operate legally!
