I got a call that seemed to have some sort of African accent - total scam, no doubt. After blocking the number and hanging up, I tried 1471 to listen back. At first, the message played back with a US accent, then it switched to a UK accent, overlapping a bit. Really weird.

I received a call from someone claiming to be with TalkTalk. When I mentioned that he had disturbed my slumber, he retorted rather dismissively, "Well, it's 9:45, so get out of bed!" I must say, I had barely slept a wink the previous night. The chap had a rather strong Indian accent too.
