They rang me asking if I’d been in a crash, which I hadn’t, plus I don’t even drive! The moment I said that, they just cut me off. I’ve had PPI calls before and at least they tell you you’ll be removed from their list. Proper scammers, honestly.

I got a call from someone at a call centre who spoke really fast and wasn’t very clear. They said they were calling on behalf of a motor insurance company about my car insurance and wanted to chat about a recent accident. I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call straight away. It felt like they were just trying to fish for info. Any proper company would have all the facts ready and mention them clearly right away, not mumble some vague nonsense like this. I’ve blocked that number and others like it because the last time I had any car trouble was nearly 30 years ago, and I’m pretty sure no one wants to discuss it now!
