There's been this bloke ringing me non-stop for weeks. I finally picked up tonight and told him to knock it off and never ring me again. Then I just ended the call. Guess what? He rang straight back, so I hung up on him once more. Then he had the nerve to ring my mobile! I've blocked his number now because he said he'd be ringing again tomorrow. Why can't anyone put a stop to these idiots?

Total rip off, they ring me almost every day saying it’s about an accident claim. Then it’s changed to being my insurance company. One time a lady said she was calling about Vodafone broadband but when she caught on she just ended the call.

Some bloke called me saying I should be getting some payout for an accident I was in. He kept saying I must’ve hurt my shoulder because apparently it’s “scientifically proven.” He said I could claim £1600 but when I told him I wasn’t hurt, he goes “you’re losing out on £2000” and just hung up on me. Strange call.

This number has been calling me on and off for a few weeks now, but mostly I get silence when I pick up. The last time, after a long pause, a bloke yelled “idiot” and just cut the call. Honestly, that was pretty strange.

I've received countless calls where the other end just cuts off. Today, however, was a bit different; the caller attempted to claim I'd been involved in an accident but outright refused to disclose any details, including my name. When I requested to have my number removed from his records, he adamantly refused and, when I asked for his supervisor’s contact, he promptly ended the call. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

This number has been ringing me nonstop for ages. I finally picked up, and a bloke asked for Mrs Blenkinsop. I said it wasn’t me and asked him to stop calling and take my number off his list. He got quite rude and said he hadn’t called me Mrs Blenkinsop, but told me I’d been in an accident with Mrs Blenkinsop. I told him I’d never had an accident with anyone, and he claimed his records linked my name to it so it must be true! Then I asked him what my name was and he said he didn’t have to tell me! When I asked for his manager’s name, he just hung up on me!

Some bloke rang saying I’d had a crash and asked if I wanted to claim some compensation. I said that sounds great, but before we go any further, he’d have to tell me which one of my six cars was involved, since I wasn’t aware of any accidents. He just cut me off straight away! They call me a couple times a week and I always do the same, it’s a good laugh wasting their time and hanging up on them. Makes me feel a bit better about the nuisance calls.
