She acted like she already knew me, but when I calmly told her I wasn’t interested and didn’t have any claim, she just started making fun of me and then cut the call off suddenly. Really annoying and disrespectful. I've blocked the number now.

I received a rather unexpected call today about some sort of accident that I’ve never been involved in. When I kindly requested that my information be taken off their list, the chap on the other end just wouldn’t stop talking. I had to remind him that, according to regulations, I'm entitled to have my details deleted upon request. Instead of complying, he had the audacity to claim he’d ensure my info remained on file and proceeded to threaten me with constant calls. How maddening!
