Caller: "Hi, is this... *mumbles my name awkwardly*?" Me: "Yeah, who’s speaking?" Caller: "This is Direct Solutions. I’m ringing about a road accident you supposedly had in the past three years." Me: "Right, which one?" Caller: "You’ve had more than one?" Me: "No, just tell me which incident you mean?" Caller: "Sorry, I can’t say due to data protection rules." Me: "So, what info do you even have then?" Caller: *click*... total silence. Another scammer backs off. Got a call from someone saying they were from Direct Solutions and handling my accident claim. They promised to take me off their list. Oddly enough, the number was close to the one from the hospital I've been expecting a call from.

Couldn't make out what they were saying 'cause of that awful Scouse accent, plus there was this annoying giggling going on in the back. Really sounded like they were mucking about, not serious at all.

Twice today my phone rang and when I picked up, the caller just hung up on me. Then this morning, someone from 1st response called my landline asking if I’d been in an accident. I told the lady that I haven’t had any accidents and asked them to stop calling me!

He sounded like he was from Liverpool and kept asking about a accident that just happened, seemed a bit dodgy to me :'(

The caller claimed to be from "First Response" and immediately brought up a car crash. But the moment I asked which accident they meant, they just hung up on me. The voice sounded like it came from around Newcastle or somewhere near there.
