I noticed I had received three missed calls, but I hesitated to pick up since I’m not familiar with anyone from Edinburgh. Strangely, the caller didn’t leave any voicemail either.

I told them to take my phone and address off their list, and they immediately got pretty nasty. They started asking if I was even a mechanic and what I’d do if my car had problems. I said yeah, I am a mechanic and I can sort it out myself. Then, they switched to a sarcastic tone, questioning what kind of mechanic I was and even accused me of lying.
