They rang me up saying they were from "Halifax", but wouldn’t bother with any security checks. Tried to squeeze out my name without proving who they really were or the reason for their call. If it wasn’t some dodgy scam, then it was definitely a pushy sales call.

I got a phone call from someone claiming to be from my bank. Seemed pretty legit, they knew some of my details and everything. It wasn’t one of those dodgy scam calls, felt like a real bank representative. Just wanted to let others know in case they get a similar ring.
