This is definitely one dodgy telemarketer!

I received a call from this number, but when I answered, there was silence on the other end before they hung up. It’s strange because when I called them back on my mobile, it indicated the number wasn't in service. So, how on earth did they manage to call my landline then? Quite puzzling, isn’t it?
