They oddly enough knew my name, and since I've never dealt with them before, that’s a bit dodgy from the start. The lady on the phone, who spoke with a clear English accent, said "this isn’t a sales call, I’m not trying to sell you anything". Then she said they were ringing to check if I could get some government grants for energy costs. Honestly, that screams scam to me.
