Loads of calls from numbers I don’t recognise have been popping up on my phone recently. They’re all mobile numbers but I have no clue who they belong to. I just don’t pick up and block them straight away.

Some bloke rang saying I had some kind of unsecured debt they could fix for me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he snapped at me like I was trying to be clever. I told him I was recording the call, and then he just hung up. The number's got a Scottish area code but the voice definitely wasn’t from round here, felt like it was some dodgy call centre abroad.
