I got a call from a bloke working at some call centre abroad who said he wanted to assist with these annoying phone calls I keep getting. It’s actually the second time this has happened just lately.

Another one of those silent calls, honestly how hard is it to just speak up? If they have a question, they should say it! No answer first time means no chance the next time. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now!
