I got a call yesterday from someone claiming to be from BT, saying that my internet was being hacked by people from other countries. When I told them I knew about the issue, the lady just hung up straight away. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

I picked up my home phone and got this automated message claiming my IP address was under threat. It told me to press '1' to fix the problem. I didn’t fall for it and just hung up straight away. Then I added the number to my block list and switched on call blocking to be safe.
