I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach saying my internet speed was really slow. They wanted me to check the speed on my laptop or computer while they guided me through some steps. When I told them I was on my tablet instead and was trying to log in, the guy suddenly lost patience and ended the call as soon as he realised I wasn’t using a PC or laptop. Openreach should NOT be ringing random people like this. Feels like a total scam to me!
