At 08:15 this morning, I received an infuriating call from an automated voice, sounding distinctly American, claiming to be from BT. They threatened to disconnect my phone line and internet service unless I pressed either 1 to chat with a representative or 2 to be disconnected immediately. Naturally, I hit 1 to inquire about their alarming claim, only for them to hang up on me right away. Extremely dodgy!

Got a call this morning around 8:15 from some American automated voice claiming to be BT, saying they were going to disconnect my phone and internet today. It told me to press 1 to chat with someone or press 2 if I wanted to be cut off. I hit 1, asked why they’d disconnect me, and then the line just went dead. They’ve been calling me from different numbers loads of times before. Honestly, it’s just a waste of their time and mine. Pathetic really.
