I honestly dont get why some folks call this a scam. My son had his work van smash up and then fixed, which meant he couldnt work for a few days. He ended up getting refunded for the money he lost, the excess he paid, and even some extra cash he was supposed to get. Big shoutout to Goldman Scott for sorting it all out and doing it without charging my son a thing. Really grateful for what they did!

Got a missed call on 17/10/16, so I looked the number up and loads of folks said it was a scam. I blocked it straight away. Even though I blocked and set it to auto-reject, my phone still notifies me when they ring back. So far they’ve tried on 21/10/16, 25/10/16 (12:47 & 17:06), 26/10/16, 27/10/16, and 31/10/16. Don’t reckon they’re going to stop any time soon!

Some firm called "Goldman Scott Accident Management Company" or summat like that. They wouldn't share their proper legal name or company registration details, so I couldn't properly send my cease and desist letter. They just said they'd remove me from their calling list and then hung up.

Really frustrating, loads of missed calls and calls I actually picked up, always saying I’ve had an accident. I keep telling them: "Can you please take my number off your call list?" They say they will, but the very next day it starts all over again. I’ve now learned how to block numbers on my phone, fingers crossed this stops them for good. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with this company again.

14/10/2016 - Got a call about a car crash. I ended up wasting loads of their time by answering all their questions and then told the person it actually took place back in April 1965. They just hung up right after that.

I've received several calls from this number, yet they never bother to leave a message. When I attempt to return the call, it rings for ages before a bloke with an American accent chimes in, saying, “Your call is crucial to us, please hang on,” but it just keeps looping. After a couple of minutes, they simply say “goodbye” and disconnect. Quite odd, if you ask me!
