I'm pretty sure these are scammers trying to take advantage of people. My accounts get locked every time, there's just no way it’s legit.

I sent a message asking if they could leave one, but when I played it back all I heard was just “Al” - which seemed really dodgy. There was no introduction or even a simple “hello” to say who they were. Could be some sort of scammer or phone hacker, I reckon. I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise anyway.
