Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, and I’ve never been to Dorchester or know anyone there. Feels a bit dodgy to me.

It really felt like some kind of scam. Someone called me saying I had a network ID number, claiming that was something everyone gets. I’ve tried ringing BT myself, but all they did was leave me on hold with that annoying music playing. They might actually be legit, but to me, it just raised alarm bells straight away.
