They were asking loads of stuff like how old I am and details about my home. Seemed fishy to me, like they were fishing for info to either sell on or put me through to dodgy sales calls. Most probably ended up on a scammers database or something. Definitely felt like a scam in the making.

They were trying to get into my computer remotely. I kept messing up and couldn't get the connection right, which really seemed to annoy them.
