Received a ring from this number, and the woman on the line claimed she was calling to explain my rights about energy providers. I ended the call pretty quickly. Since the number seemed local, I tried calling back but no one picked up. Feels like some kind of scam trying to trick folks into handing over cash. The lady had a Scottish accent.

This number popped up on my phone and I had no clue who it was. Since it seemed like a local-ish number, I thought I’d give it a ring back. But when I called, no one picked up.
