I got a call from someone talking about roof and wall insulation and some government grant. Since we never hired anyone for that, I asked them who exactly did the job. As soon as I asked, they just hung up straight away! That kind of response makes me think it’s probably a scam.

some bloke called saying our loft insulation might lead to mould and condensation. he wanted to set up a free survey appointment right away. when i said no thanks, he just ended the call. honestly, asking to come into the house now with covid still around feels a bit daft. funny thing is, i put the insulation in myself anyway.
