I received a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, insisting that my router is malfunctioning. They mentioned they'd dispatch a replacement router and issue me a refund. They asked me to boot up my computer, but I firmly told them that if they owed me anything, I'd prefer a cheque sent through the post. Suddenly, they just hung up on me!
