Can someone tell me who this number belongs to?

Got a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk saying my router was faulty and they’d sort me out with a new one plus a refund. They asked me to switch on my computer, but I told them if I’m getting any refund, just send it by mail. Then they just hung up on me abruptly.
