I’ve been relentless in contacting Talktalk, only to find myself bounced about with no real help in sight. Eventually, I've lodged a formal complaint, which I'm also passing on to Offtel. Whenever we’ve answered these callback antics, we’ve always been gracious and clarified that there’s an issue with the line.
