Received a call on me phone, but I chose not to pick up.

The phone buzzes away, but when I answer, it’s silent as the grave. It’s occurred on a couple of occasions now.

It was clear that the caller was not a native English speaker, and they had a prominent American accent. They were asking about extending a Sky warranty, something we’ve never even had. When I inquired about their company, as we’re registered with the caller preference service, they abruptly cut the call. Trading standards suggested I should gather the name of the individual and the company to lodge a report. I have a hunch that this number might be one of those purchased Skype numbers and that the caller is overseas.
