Got a call from Retro Guidance about some supposed RTA claim, which sounded dodgy right from the start. They said they had details from their Claims and accident team, but when I asked for proof or who they were regulated by, the person just hung up. I checked and couldn’t find the company on Companies House either. Definitely a scam, so don’t share any personal info with them!

It felt like talking to some sort of robot. They kept asking about a fake accident and wouldn't stop repeating the question until you said yes or no. Quite annoying really.
