Today, I received a robocall from this number saying to press 1 if I’d been in a car crash lately. Since I had just had a minor accident, I went ahead and pressed 1. Straight away, I got connected to someone with an Indian accent who then asked for my credit card info to supposedly charge me upfront for their help. It was pretty obvious it was a con once they asked for payment - I just wish I’d spotted it sooner. Feels like I managed to avoid getting scammed.
