These callers aren't actually from Dover. It's just a telemarketing tactic where they acquire a local number to seem more credible. Best not to pick up the phone if they ring. They really ought to be reported. - Caller: Why bother?

This number keeps ringing me, and since it appeared to be a local call, I decided to pick up. Turns out it’s yet another call centre. It’s rather infuriating that they’re permitted to harass people like this without any repercussions!
