I received a call from a number that was supposedly local to my region, and since I was anticipating a call from that area code, I thought I'd give it a go when I noticed the missed call. However, upon returning the call, I was greeted not by a person, but rather by a ghastly automated message blathering on about some nonsensical "accident claim." Really, I have no such claim, just an unwelcome marketing ploy, I suspect. It's quite infuriating how they encroach on my phone usage like this, rather than allowing me some peace and quiet!
